DnR Environmental is a Joint Venture between All American Environmental & ELM Site Solutions providing Environmental, Civil, and Construction engineering and services to Federal, State, and Local governments with over 50 years of combined experience.
ELM Site Solutions was founded in North Carolina (2007) and is registered with the state boards for both Professional Engineering/Land Surveying (C-3140) and Geology (C-496). The company has been approved by the State of North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources as a contractor for the Inactive Hazardous Sites Branch Registered Environmental Consultant Program (REC No. 00156) and also holds a South Carolina Certificate of Authorization (#4241).
All American Environmental is SDVOSB/VOSB/HUBZone certified by the SBA and has been providing Project Coordination and Management services to organizations of all sizes that are engaged in environmental, civil, and construction projects.
